Free Acne Help

Acne starts when the oil (sebaceous) glands are kicked into high gear around puberty. Male hormones called androgens are produced from the adrenal glands in both males and females. Oil (sebum) is a natural substance that protects the skin. Our bodies are constantly sloughing (shedding) layers of skin. During this constant process of shedding, dead skin can block the opening at the base of the hair follicle at the sebaceous glands and cause a buildup of oil, dirt and consequently bacteria. This bacteria will multiply and skin surrounding it will swell. Your body will send white blood cells to the infected area in an attempt to kill the bacteria thus adding to the swelling. This is why we get that nasty little sour on the surface of the skin commonly known as a "whitehead" or "blackhead". This is filled with pus, a mixture of white blood cells, bacteria, dirt and oil. This is your bodies natural response to the infection and if the infection is deep rooted in the skin, will cause a cyst. This can cause permanent scarring of the tissue and sometimes resulting in "pot marks" after healing.
Genentics
Genetics plays a big role in our bodies tendencies that may make us prone to breakouts. So don't go trying every product out there because you will just end up spinning your wheels and not to mention your hard earned money. Are you tired of trying every acne treatment out there. Getting all excited about every new product you run across, hoping that you have just found some hidden miracle of a cure that somehow hasn't been discovered yet. Then you find out that the miracle cure you bought into is just another variation of everything else you have tried. You've just fallen victim to the latest marketing scheme. Another angle you've not seen yet maybe. A colorful label. Who knows. But now your nowhere closer to finding the answer than you were when you started. Let me just say that There is no single cause of acne that applies to everyone. What causes acne in one person may not be the same as what causes it in another. Our bodies are all different and have different tendencies. We are all exposed to different environments. As a result, our bodies will react differently. That is why two people can get different results on the exact same treatment. Why not find out what the real root cause of your acne is and then fix it rather than covering it up and kicking the can down the road a little farther.
